About Catherine

Children and women have led me on a merry journey, ever reminding me of the fresh and feisty unfolding of each one of us.

Development is spiralic from infancy lifelong. Our children - and we ourselves - meet and revisit essential, joyful inquiries. Who am I? Who are you? How am I to be in good relation? How am I to be in the world?

An essential resource for ourselves and our children is to awaken to direct experience. Movement of the body, the breath, and the mind are the source of each emerging mind, moment to moment. Children do this naturally when we provide them with appropriate opportunities. We can cultivate attention to the continuous movement of body-mind and honor the truth of experience for our developing child and ourselves.
