Taking the Spinning Babies® Parent Class is highly recommended. This class teaches women & partners/dad essential movements for pregnancy and birth.

Three myofascial therapy sessions are strongly recommended, to sort out your alignment concerns, to keep pace with your growing baby & to create space for baby at birth.  Discounted packages of 3 prenatal sessions are available.
