Therapeutic & Education Approach

Catherine Burns supports natural, holistic processes of the body and mind with somatic body-mind integration, gentle hands-on touch including craniosacral therapy and myofascial therapy, and she facilitates developmental movement and reflex integration as education and therapy.

Catherine’s approach is to awaken innate resources within individuals and to support each person in their inner awareness to access their own capacities. Catherine offers classes relevant to movement and mindfulness, and somatic therapies for women life-long and during childbearing, and for infants and young children.
