Myofascial therapy can be combined with alignment movement activities to build strength, flexibility and balance. The slow unwinding of bodywork brings you into your true home as a flexible, openhearted being. The quality of touch ranges from light vibration to firm, continuous contact and stretches.
Relieve stress
Our bodies carry the stress of daily life and major events. You can foster calm in your life when you are carrying a lot. We may face big changes, whether in our work in the world, in relationships or within ourselves. Learn more about myofascial therapy and how a somatic approach helps us to waken to our own inner worlds of flow and rhythm, where activity unfolds in quietude. Myofascial therapy and craniosacral therapy each rely on fascia release with light touch, in different areas of the body. Mindfulness practices grounded in the body help us make authentic choices. Somatics and mindfulness practices may be incorporated into any session.
Bodywork sessions are clothed, with areas uncovered occassionally for specific releases.
